Before booking please note that as of May 2023 Gypsy Loc Human Hair Mix, Semi Permanents & Gypsy Loc Human Hair locs is the only styles I will be servicing due to personal preference and professional expertise. If you have a different style in mind, I kindly ask that you seek another stylist.

FAQ:

-Semi Permanents are a great way to loc your hair without having your starter locs exposed, or can also be styled on top of aged locs

-Human Hair locs can last 6 months or worn permanently if desired

-Semi Permanent Locs last 6 months with proper care

-Semi Permanent Locs gives longer wear and a play off of my Gypsy locs (This is a blended loc handmade to resemble human hair locs but at a more affordable price)

-All styles can be washed.

-All Looks are lightweight, carefree look

-Clients must have at least 4 inches of hair to be serviced

-Touch-ups are available, and it is recommended to book at the time of initial booking to secure availability.

-I provide all hair and jewelry. Please arrive with clean and detangled hair.

-Only one touch-up allowed per set for Gypsy Locs/ 3 Touch ups for Semi Locs 3 touch ups for human hair gypsy locs

-All styles can be installed over existing locs (please email pictures or hair for consultation).

-A deposit is required at the time of booking.

-Dates shown are the only available dates for 2024 - (Please book touch ups accordingly)

-Gypsy Locs Last 5 months with touch up (without touch up it last 3 months)

- Semi Locs, & Gypsy Locs can not be colored (With these being blended hair could color uneven) our Human Hair locs can be bleached, washed as desired

Maintaining Your Locs?

To care for your locs, it is important to keep them clean and moisturized. You can use a gentle shampoo to wash your locs and follow up with a gentle conditioner. It is also important to avoid using heavy products that can weigh down your locs and cause them to unravel. Instead, opt for lightweight oils and moisturizers that will keep your locs hydrated without weighing them down.In addition to caring for your locs, it is important to protect them from damage. Avoid excessive manipulation, such as pulling or twisting your locs, as this can cause breakage and weaken your locs over time. It is also important to wear scarf at night (:

COLOR options

We offer a range of color options to meet your preferences, including Black 1, 1b, and 2. We do not recommend #1 hair color unless you are coloring your hair jet black. Our Brown 4 option is a popular choice. For those who want a pop of color, we offer Honey Brown-1b/27-30/33, Honey Blonde #27, Copper Blonde -#30, Burgundy, and Colors like Purple, Fuscia, and Dark Blue (please contact before booking for these 3 colors)

Thank you for taking the time to discover my world. My name is Savis Davis and I am a Loc Stylist based in St. Louis, Missouri. Over the past five years, I have been blessed to work with hundreds of clients from all over the world. From nurses and wrestlers to politicians, dancers, community leaders, teachers, healers, and mothers, I have had the privilege of helping them all achieve their desired hair looks. I am deeply passionate about my work, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients feel confident and happy with their hair out in the world. As we step into 2024, I have come to the realization that I am a healer with my hands, and my ultimate goal is to bring that healing energy into my work.

As a mother, a wife, and a business owner, I have come to realize that these are the three most important roles in my life right now. For five years, I have worked hard to master each of these roles and bring them to life in the best way possible. My goal for this year is to make it clear that my top priority is being a mother, followed by being a present wife, and then building my hair brand.

To achieve this balance, I have decided to move my salon into my home. This will allow me to keep a watchful eye on my son and ensure that our schedules coexist peacefully. Please rest assured that while my son will be home during appointments, he will be in a separate area of the house with his nanny.

As a mother, I know firsthand how challenging and fulfilling this job can be. In the past, I was so focused on work that I wasn't always as present as I needed to be. However, moving forward, I will only be opening my calendar for a few days out of the week to ensure that I maintain a balanced flow in my home.

I understand that finding childcare can be a challenge for many clients, so I am also allowing moms to bring their little ones if necessary. When booking, a form will be available to accommodate this.

As we move forward into the new year, let us remember the importance of community and providing reassurance to our children while also pursuing our goals. Thank you for understanding and supporting my decision to prioritize my family while continuing to offer exceptional service.
